CHAP. 116.— An act to remove the disabilities of William H. Parker, of Virginia, incurred under the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution.June 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,William H. Parker.Removal of political disabilities. That the disabilities created by the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States and incurred by William H. Parker, of Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 20, 1884.
