CHAP. 113.— An Act for the relief of James Stack.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Stack.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Stack, late a private in Company F, One hundred and thirtieth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, from’and after the passage of this act Approved, February 14th, 1885.
