CHAP. 113.— An act granting an increase of pension to Sally Mallory.June 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sally Mallory.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sally Mallory, widow of B. Mallory, late a. soldier in the Revolutionary war and the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension, from and after the passage of this act, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving Approved, June 20, 1884.
