CHAP. 112.— An act to increase the pension of Martin Kelly.June 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martin Kelly.Increase of pension. That Martin Kelly late a private in Company A of the Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry (now of the District of Columbia), now on the pension-roll at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act shall be entitled to receive the same pension as a soldier now receives, or which shall be allowed hereafter by law to one who has lost one arm at or above the elbow or one leg at or above the knee. Approved, June 20, 1884.
