CHAP. 111.— An act granting a pension to Thomas Patton.June 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Patton.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Patton, late a private in Company B, One hundred and forty-second Regiment New York Volunteers, said pension to commence from the date when his name was dropped from the roll, at the rate of four dollars per month until the passage of this act, and to continue hereafter at such rate as may be required by the ordinary examinations.
