CHAP. 106.— An Act to change the times of holding the district and circuit courts of the United States in the northern district of GeorgiaJune 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Terms of courts northern district of Georgia. That hereafter the regular terms of the district and circuit courts of the United States in the northern district of Georgia now held on the first and second Mondays of September respectively shall each be held on the first Monday in October in each year. Approved, June 20, 1884.
