CHAP. 105.— An Act granting a pension to John Maloney.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Maloney. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of John Maloney, late a private in Company K, Seventieth Indiana Volunteers subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
