CHAP. 104.— An Act granting a pension to Ruth Stratton.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth Stratton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place on the pension-roil the name of Ruth Stratton, of Henry County, Indiana, and pay her a pension as the dependent mother of Albert Stratton, deceased, who was late a private in Company F of the Eighty-fourth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers; said pension to be subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
