CHAP. 103.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen A Vance.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen A. Vance.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen A. Vance, invalid daughter of Colonel Joseph W. Vance, deceased, late colonel of the Ninety-Sixth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of eighteen dollars per mouth. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
