CHAP. 84.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Saint Clair A. Mulholland.April 18, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Saint Clair A. Mulholland.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Colonel Saint Clair A. Mulholland, late of the One hundred and sixteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, instead of fifteen dollars per month, which he has heretofore been receiving; said increase to date from the time of the passage of this act.
