CHAP. 82.— An act providing for the pay of Rear-Admiral Roger N. Stembel.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Roger N. Stembel.Payment to, as real-admiral U. S. N., on retired-list. That Rear-Admiral Roger N. Stembel, United States Navy, be paid, out of any unexpended moneys in the Treasury, the pay and compensation of a rear-admiral on the retired-list from and after June fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, that being the date of his promotion to the retired-list as a rear-admiral. Approved, March 2, 1883.
