CHAP. 81.— An act restoring the name of James M. Akin to the pension-roll.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate an d House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James M. Akin.Pension restored to. That the Secretary of the Interior be; and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James M. Akin, late first lieutenant of Company I, Fifty-sixth Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, March 2, 1883.
