CHAP. 80.— An act granting a pension to Elizabeth Weinstein.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Weinstein.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and ho is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Elizabeth Weinstein, the foster mother of Peter Weinstein, deceased, late a private in Company G, Forty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteers, said pension to begin from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1883.
