CHAP. 77.— An act restoring the name of Mary J. Stover to the pension-rollMar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary J. Stover.Pension restored to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary J. Stover, as widow of the late Colonel Daniel Stover, of the Fourth Tennessee Infantry Volunteers, and that she be paid a pension of thirty dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1883.
