CHAP. 76.— An act granting relief to the heirs of Kunigunda A Miller deceased.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Kunigunda A. Miller, deceased.Relief of heirs of. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Albert, Mary Carr, (formerly Albert), Michael Albert, and Carrie Miller, heirs-at-law of Kunigunda A. Miller, deceased, and brothers and sisters of Leonard Albert, late a private in Company F, Twenty-sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, the arrears of pension due and heretofore authorized to be paid the said Kunigunda A.
Miller, now deceased, under pension-certificate numbered one hundred and twenty-nine thousand tour hundred and sixty-one Approved, March 2, 1883.
