CHAP. 73.— An act granting a pension to Mary A. Conken.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary A. Conken.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 798 FORTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 73–77. 1883. pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Mary A. Conken, widow of James T. Conken deceased, late a private in Company H. Eighth Regiment of Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, March 2, 1883.
