CHAP. 70.— An Act for the relief of John H. Schabinger guardian of Susan McKnatt and Martha McKnatt, minor daughters of James McKnatt, deceased.April 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Issue of duplicate pension check. That the agent for paying] tensions at Washington, District of Columbia, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a duplicate check and the Treasurer, assistant treasurer, or designated depositary of the United States upon whom the same may be drawn is hereby directed to pay such duplicate cheek, for the sum of one thousand and one dollars, in favor of Susan McKnatt.John H.
Schabiuger, guardian, for Susan McKnatt and Martha McKnatt, minor daughters Martha McKnatt.of James McKnatt, deceased, late a private in Company B of the Fourth Regiment of Delaware Volunteers, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, in the same manner and upon the same terms and conditions as provided in section thirty-six hundred and forty-six of the Revised [R. S. 3646, 717](/us/rs/t3646/717).Statutes of the United States in case of lost checks not exceeding in amount the sum of one thousand dollars.
