CHAP. 67.— An act granting a pension to Wellington V. Heusted.Mar. 2, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wellington V. Heusted.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wellington V. Heusted, late a sergeant of Company I, Third Michigan Cavalry, and captain of Company B, Twenty-ninth United States Colored Troops. Approved, March 2, 1883.
