CHAP. 65.— An Act for the relief of H. V. PhilpottApr. 1, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. V. Philpott.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to H. V. Philpott, of Texas, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred dollars, in full for services rendered by him, by order of Honorable John C. Watrous, Judge of the United States District Court for the eastern district of Texas, in assorting, arranging, and labeling certain papers and records in the office of the clerk of said court at Galveston. Approved, April 1, 1882.
