CHAP. 63.— An Act to pay the creditors of the late Henry O. Waggoner, late consular clerk at Lyons, France.Apr. 1, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry O. Waggoner.Payment to creditors of. That the sum of five hundred and forty five dollars and fifty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be applied by the United States consul at Lyons, France, under the direction of the Secretary of State, to the payment of the expenses occasioned by the sickness, death, and funeral expenses of Henry O.
