CHAP. 62.— An Act for the relief of Cyrus C. Clark.Apr. 1, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cyrus C. Clark.Credit in accounts. That the accounting officers of the Treasury shall allow to Cyrus C. Clark, late an additional paymaster in the Army, in the settlement of his account, a credit for the sum 653 of fifteen thousand nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars and eighty-seven cents, as of the date of April sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, the same being for money lost by him in the discharge of his official duty, without fault or neglect on his part, as decided heretofore by the Court of Claims.
