CHAP. 49.— An act to authorize the increase of the capital stock of the Second National Bank of Xenia, Ohio. Feb. 17, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Second National Bank of Xenia, Ohio; increase of capital stock authorized. That the Second National Bank of Xenia, located in the city of Xenia, in the State of Ohio, is hereby authorized to increase its capital stock, in accordance with its amended articles of association, to any sum not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, notwithstanding the limit heretofore fixed in its original articles of association and determined by the Comptroller of the Currency; and the Comptroller of the Currency is hereby author- FORTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS.
