CHAP. 483.— AN ACT for the relief of James. F. Cullen.August 8, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James F. Cullen, relief of. That the Commissioner of pensions be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to adjudicate the pension claim of James F. Cullen, late a sergeant of Company A. Fifth Kentucky Volunteers, as though a formal application for pension had been filed by him in the Pension Office on the seventh day of March, eighteen hundred and eighty. Approved, August 8, 1882.
