CHAP. 462.— AN ACT for the relief of the executors of John W. ForneyAugust 7, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John W. Forney, relief of executors of. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the executors of John W. Forney the sum of twenty seven thousand six hundred and eight,y four dollars and seventy cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to reimburse the estate of the said John W. Forney for losses sustained by him while Secretary of the Senate in making good the deficit in the accounts of the financial clerk. Approved, August 7, 1882.
