CHAP. 457.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Joseph F. Wilson.August 7, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph F. Wilson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph F. Wilson, late a corporal of Company E, Eighth Regiment of Illinois Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of that which he now receives; this act to take effect from and after its passage. Approved, August 7, 1882.
