CHAP. 452.— AN ACT for the relief of the heirs of Major D. C. Smith.August 7, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. C. Smith, deceased.Relief of heirs of. That the heirs and bondsmen of Major D. O. Smith, late an assistant paymaster in the United States Army, are hereby relieved from the payment of the sum of one hundred and sixty-six dollars and twenty-nine cents, and the interest thereon, as appears due upon settlement of his accounts.
