CHAP. 430.— AN ACT granting an increase of pension to Eliza F. Porter.August 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza F. Porter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the rate of pension of Eliza F. Porter, widow of Lieutenant James E. Porter late of the Seventh United States Cavalry, to thirty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension she now receives. Approved, August 5, 1882.
