CHAP. 426.— AN ACT granting a pension to Martha Jane, Douglass.August 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha Jane Douglass. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Jane, Douglass, widow of John T. Douglass, late a private in Company B, Third Tennessee Cavalry, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 5, 1882.
