CHAP. 419.— AN ACT for the relief of Mary BullardAugust 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Bullard.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be and he hereby is, directed to pay to Mary Bullard of Iowa, the sum of one hundred dollars, being the value of a horse ridden to death by her in obtaining aid to rescue captured Union soldiers.
