CHAP. 415.— AN ACT granting a pension to Caroline French.August 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caroline French.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the, pension laws, the name of Caroline French, widow of Brevet Major-General William U. French, and pay her a pension of fifty dollars per month from the passage of this act. Approved, August 5, 1882.
