CHAP. 410.— AN ACT to increase the pension of Joseph N. Abbey.August 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph N. Abbey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Joseph N. Abbey, late captain of Battery IL One hundred and twelfth Regiment Pennsylvania Artillery, from twenty-four dollars to fifty dollars per month, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 5, 1882.
