CHAP. 407.— AN ACT granting a pension to E. G. Hoffman, late a captain in the One hundred and Sixty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers.August 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,E. G. HoffmanPension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of E. G. Hoffman, late a captain in the One hundred and Sixty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month, to commence from the passage of this act, and to be in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
