CHAP. 404.— AN ACT granting a pension to Erastus CrippenAugust 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Erastus Crippen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erastus Crippen, late fourth sergeant of Company G., One hundred and forty ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers; said pension to commence from the date his name was dropped from the pension roll. Approved, August 5, 1882.
