CHAP. 38.— An act to remove the disabilities of Francis H. Smith senior of VirginiaJan. 24, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis H. Smith, sr.Removal of political disabilities. That the disabilities incurred by Francis H. Smith, senior, of Virginia, under and by virtue of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States be, and are hereby removed. Approved, January twenty fourth, 1883.
