CHAP. 370.— AN ACT for the relief of John. W. HumphreyAugust 1, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John W. Humphrey.Payment to. That the proper accounting officer of the United States Treasury be, and hereby is, authorized and required to pay, out. of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John. W. Humphrey, of Iowa, the sum of one thousand two hundred and sixty dollars for board and transportation of recruits for the Army in the year eighteen hundred and sixty two. Approved, August 1, 1882.
