CHAP. 318.— An Act granting a pension to Theodore Rauthe.July 22, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theodore Rauthe.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Theodore Rauthe, late a private in Company K, Thirteenth New York Cavalry, whose name was stricken from the pension roll on September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy eight, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 22, 1882.
