Davis Post Number Sixteen of the Grand Army of the Republic, at Vincennes, Indiana, six condemned cast-iron guns, for monumental purposes.July 5, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Donation of condemned cannon to Jeff. C. Davis Post No. 16, G. A. R., Vincennes, Ind. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to deliver to Captain W.
