That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to deliver to the Grand Army of the Republic post at Westminster, Massachusetts, four condemned cast-iron cannon, for monumental purposes; also four condemned cast-iron cannon to the Danville Light Battery A, Illinois National Guard, at Danville, Illinois, for monumental purposes.
