CHAP. 252.— An Act for the relief of Mrs. Jennie S. Mitchell.June 27, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jennie S. Mitcbell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 713 pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Jennie S. Mitchell, widow of the late Brigadier-General Robert B. Mitchell, and pay her a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act Approved, June 27, 1882.
