CHAP. 249.— An Act granting a pension to Simeon Crain.June 27, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Simeon Crain.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Simeon Crain, of Bath County, Kentucky, as a first lieutenant in the Twenty-fourth Regiment Kentucky Infantry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, June 27, 1882.
