CHAP. 234.— An Act granting a pension to Samuel Horner.June 19, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Horner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel Horner, late a private in Company C, One hundred and eighth Indiana Militia Volunteers in the late war of the rebellion; this act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, June 19, 1882.
