CHAP. 232.— An Act granting a pension to Angus McAuley.June 19, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Angus McAuley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Angus McAuley, of Suwannee County, Florida, a soldier of the Creek Indian war and pay him his pension from the time when he was dropped from the rolls. Approved, June 19, 1882.
