CHAP. 227.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Lucien Kilbourne.June 16, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucien Kilbourne.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an increase of pension to Lucien Kilbourne, late a private in the Eighth Regiment of Michigan Infantry Volunteers, equal to the special rate provided for the loss of an arm by amputation at or near the right shoulder, said increase to commence from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, June 16, 1882.
