CHAP. 192.— An Act for the relief of Timothy E. Ellsworth.May 26, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Timothy E. Ellsworth.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to refund to Timothy E. Ellsworth, late collector of customs at the port of Suspension Bridge, New York, the sum of two thousand five hundred and eighty dollars and fifty cents, being the balance of moneys paid into the Treasury of the United States by mistake by the said Ellsworth during the fiscal years eighteen hundred and seventy* and eighteen hundred and seventy-one.
