CHAP. 179.— An Act granting a pension to William Thomas.May 23, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Thomas.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the profusions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Thomas, late a sergeant of Company B, Ninety-ninth Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension for the loss of an eye in addition to the pension now allowed him for the loss of a limb. Approved, May 23, 1882.
