CHAP. 169.— An Act granting a pension to Hugo Eichholtz.May 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hugo Eichholtz.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws, the name of Hugo Eichholtz, late a sergeant of Company L, Fifteenth New York Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, which shall be in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, May 17, 1882.
