CHAP. 168.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mary J. WestMay 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary J. West.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and ho is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Mary J. West, widow of Commander William C. West, a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, subject to the limitations and provisions of the general pension laws, the same to be in lieu of the pension which she is now receiving, and to commence from the passage of this act. Approved, May 17, 1882.
