CHAP. 160.— An act for the relief of Charles Kortzenborn.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Kortzenborn.Relief of. That there be paid to Charles Kortzenborn, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars, for the redemption of certain internal revenue stamps for a special tax which the said Kortzenborn, purchased in the year eighteen hundred and seventy five and never used: *Provided*, That as a condition to such payment, and*Proviso*. at the time the same shall be made, said stamps shall be delivered to the Treasury Department to be canceled.
