CHAP. 160.— An Act to authorize the Secretary of War to furnish condemned cannon for the Soldiers’ Cemetery at Hamilton, Ohio.May 17, 1882. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Condemned cannon for soldiers’ cemetery, Hamilton, Ohio. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to furnish to Wetzel-Compton Post of the Grand Army of the Republic, at Hamilton, Ohio, such number of condemned cast-iron cannon, not less than four, and of large size, and spherical shot, its may be required, for the use and adornment of the soldiers’ cemetery in the city Hamilton and State of Ohio.
