CHAP. 159.— An act for the relief of Robert L. McConnaughey.Mar. 3, 1883. *Be it enacted by the Senate and Howie of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert L. McConaaughey.Relief of. That the proper accounting officer of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Robert L. McConnaughey of North Carolina, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, for carrying the mails in the year eighteen hundred and sixty six on route numbered fifty one hundred and fifty one, in the State of North Carolina. Approved, March 3, 1883.
